Herratec's technological transformation

Durante 3 años lidiaron con desarrollos internos, con incidentes de conceptualización y arquitectura. Desafortunadamente no lograron alcanzar la conceptualización y el proyecto se estancó.

HERRATEC arrived at Lyntik at the end of 2019 with a clear problem: the project was getting too big for the developers they had hired and after 3 years the progress they wanted and needed was not seen.

The first thing we did at Lyntik was a detailed diagnosis with a status of the project they were developing . The advance in 3 years was at 20%.

The specific need was the development of an Ecommerce tailored to its entire business that would be the spearhead of its entire digital transformation, but initially a rescue of information from the old provider had to be carried out.

The development of Ecommerce began with three urgency: that it be robust, very fast and that it allow a very flexible administration, that is, that it have a lot of independence for HERRATEC to configure its products.

For Lyntik it was a challenging project because it involved designing, developing and implementing everything as required by HERRATEC in a record time of 30 days. Something that they had not been able to do in 3 years of work.
